Hello and welcome to today’s sports blog. Today I will tell you all about the match that Queen’s Drive and Blessed sacrament both played against each other in an incredible match ending 3-1.
Blessed Sacrament had a tall and strong team who were amazing in the aerial parts of the match but we found out that their keeper wasn’t the best of players. At half time Blessed Sacrament were 0-1 up and we weren’t looking like we were going to win this game, but with two quick goals separated by about 1 and a half minutes gave us a two- one lead with about ten minutes left of the game. The third goal I got the ball, I got past the defender who was trying to stop me getting past him, but I did and crossed it into the box the keeper pushed it away and our left winger hitting it home.
On Friday a hockey tournament is on so good luck with that.

Hi, today I’m going to be telling you about the year 5/6 penalty shootout and the year 5/6 girls football.
The boys penalties took place at the Preston football stadium on the 29th of April. There were four teams and the first team we played we lost but the second we won 6-3. That made us secure 3rd place.
The girls football team play in the Dick Kerr ladies football final this coming weekend at Preston north end. They play against Broughton Primary School. This will be tough for the girls but if they try their best they have a chance of winning. Good luck to the team.
Thank you for reading, Arran.
