Dear Zoo

What a week we had! To start, we read Dear Zoo and talked about the different animals that appear in the book. Then Class 3 and Class 4 had superb weather for our visits to Blackpool Zoo. We saw so many new and exciting animals. We even spotted the odd dinosaur! The children were fantastic, showing wonderful enthusiasm and even better behavoiur whilst we were walking around. There were some tired legs on the coach home as I know that Class 4 walked over 4 miles! We now have lots to talk about in our lessons. 

What a great enrichment to our learning.
