EYFS Where are we going Spring 2

This term we have done some fabulous learning all about journeys. We have thought about a variety of vehiclea and how they have developed over time along with how we may know how to get from one place to another. Our fascination with maps was huge and we even made some amazing birds eye view maps of the school grounds. We moved on to look at the journey of the gingerbread man before being eaten by the cheeky fox. We made gingerbread men in a variety of ways, through roleplay and in real life. There have also been many celebrations this term such as red nose day, world book day, holi, Eid, mothers day and even science week! Busy, busy, busy
As an additional note, many parents have approached about the school trip as the letter mentions school providing a lunch. Ideally we would appreciate packed lunches being brought in on the day of the trip however, if you need a lunch, please ask at the office. Tomorrow as it is the last day of term, may we ask book bags to come in so we can change them if needed before the holiday. May we also remind everyone that the school day finishes at 2 so you need to be at school at 2 to collect your child.
